We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the growth and evolution of our customer-facing digital platforms. As part of a dynamic and cross-functional team, you will work alongside Technical Product Owners to improve the quality and performance of key applications, including our eCare platform, Super App, and eCommerce solution. The ideal candidate excels in translating business needs into actionable requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring technical teams have the clarity needed to deliver high-impact solutions.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst for Digital Platforms, you will collaborate closely with product and technical teams across Latin America. Your focus will be on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements in an agile environment. This is a remote-first role where you will serve as the bridge between stakeholders and developers, helping ensure that our platforms meet user needs and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs and customer journeys into detailed user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

Maintain and groom product backlogs in Jira, ensuring all user stories are clear and ready for sprint development.

Create and update documentation in Confluence, including process flows, system interactions, and business logic.

Develop visual models such as sequence diagrams and system maps to support shared understanding across teams.

Serve as the go-to point of contact for developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and unblock delivery.

Identify and suggest improvements to processes, documentation standards, and product functionality.

Support Technical Product Owners in preparing for stakeholder sessions and sprint planning.
Required Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role within a tech-driven environment.

Professional fluency in both English (C1) and Spanish.

Proficiency in Jira (for backlog management) and Confluence (for documentation).

Strong understanding of APIs, sequence diagrams, and technical documentation.

Experience using browser tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) to inspect traffic and identify front-end issues.

Ability to interpret logs and debug processes in collaboration with developers.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industries such as Telecommunications, Banking, FinTech, or eCommerce.

Familiarity with tools like Miro for diagramming and Postman for API testing.

Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Contract Details
